The gold standard for workspaces – One&Co Singapore is the perfect location for experienced professionals seeking luxury and flexibility

I am building up a tech startup in Singapore. For me, it is of utmost importance to surround myself with talented professionals, and have a productive work environment to grow my business. When I walked into One&Co Singapore, I instantly felt as though I had entered an atmosphere of competency and productivity. 

This workspace greets you with an arrangement of native Singaporean plants which sets the tone for the vivacious space. One&Co is on the 11th floor of the Twenty Anson building – a convenient 2-minute walk from the Tanjong Pagar MRT station. 

I chose to try out this workspace due to the beautiful pictures and the free refreshments. This is a rare case where the space looks better in person than it does in the photos. The reason for this is all talented people working throughout the space who fill it with life and energy. 

This workspace is absolutely stunning. Japanese design is prevalent in every square inch of the space. Everything in sight is intentional and ergonomic. From the location of the power outlets to the design of the chairs to the placement of the whiteboards, everything serves a deliberate purpose. If you want to socialize – you can hang out in the open lounge space. If you want to focus – you can work in a variety of private booths which are available for members (these are also excellent for phone calls!). In this large space, there is truly something for everybody.

This space shines for seasoned professionals and ambitious entrepreneurs. For professionals, I couldn’t picture a better environment to bring your most important clients. A meeting in this space will set the tone for a high-quality company and high-quality people. The meeting rooms are beautifully designed with exquisite views and they will have your employees/clients wanting to stay in the comfortable Japanese chairs for hours. From your client’s perspective, this location does not only portray legitimacy, it portrays prestige.

For entrepreneurs, this space sets a tone of energy and productivity. There are bound to be startup lovers who are eager to have a conversation over the free snacks and coffee at this location’s centerpiece: the refreshments bar. This is the perfect spot to find clients, talented business partners, and engaging conversations. 

To get the most out of this space, I set myself up next to the window overlooking the ocean. I was extremely productive due to the comfy chairs, freeflow coffee, and talented people working hard around me. When I needed to focus, I went to one of the ‘focus booths’ around the space to lock in with zero distractions. This space showed me the gold standard of co-working spaces and I will definitely be coming back!
