Payment term:
- Payable in full a day before the event start
- Rates above subject to 11% VAT
Cancellation policy:
· Less than 3-day notice – 100% rental is chargeable
· 7-day notice – 50% rental is chargeable
· Plus any additional cost occurred at full cost (e.g. catering, equipment hire, video conferencing, test calls, etc.)
· RSVP required – subject to availability.
Indemnities:
You must indemnify us in respect of all liability, claims, damages, loss and expenses which may arise if someone dies or is injured while in the accommodation and/or the business center, and/or from a third party in respect of your use of the premises and its services, from a third party in respect of our provision of services to you, if you do not comply with the terms of your agreement. You must also pay any costs, including our legal costs on a full indemnity basis, which we incur in enforcing your agreement.
Cancellation policy
Bookings can only be cancelled with a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the start time.
If the booking is cancelled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time-slot, no refund will be given.
