Booking Requirements
Syarat pemesanan :
Ruang rapat sendiri dapat dipesan melalui aplikasi atau situs Deskimo. Kami selalu menyarankan pemesanan ruang rapat dilakukan 3 x 24 jam dan 7 x 24 jam untuk ruang acara sebelum jadwal pesanan. Setelah pesanan dibuat, mohon ditunggu hingga pesanan dikonfirmasi. Ketika sampai di lokasi, mohon menunjukkan bukti pemesanan kepada admin setempat.
Booking requirements :
The meeting room can be booked through Deskimo app or website. We always encourage our users to book at least 3 x 24 hours and 7 x 24 hours for event space prior booking schedule. After booking is submitted, please wait until after the booking is confirmed. When you arrive at the location, please show booking confirmation to admin on site.
Cancellation policy
Bookings can only be cancelled with a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the start time.
If the booking is cancelled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time-slot, no refund will be given.
Billing rate
Pay only for the time you use.
