Booking Requirements
1. Ruang rapat dapat dipesan melalui aplikasi atau situs Deskimo.
2. Kami selalu menyarankan pemesanan ruang rapat dilakukan 2 x 24 jam sebelum jadwal pesanan.
3. Setelah pesanan dibuat, mohon ditunggu hingga pesanan dikonfirmasi.
4. Ketika sampai di lokasi, mohon menunjukkan bukti pemesanan kepada admin setempat.
1. The meeting room can be booked through the Deskimo app or website.
2. We always encourage our users to book at least 2 x 24 hours prior to the booking schedule.
3. After the booking is submitted, please wait for the confirmation of the booking.
4. When you arrive at the location, please show the booking confirmation to the local admin.
Cancellation policy
Bookings can only be cancelled with a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the start time.
If the booking is cancelled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time-slot, no refund will be given.
Billing rate
Pay only for the time you use.
