Industrial charm flows throughout, especially in the old Steinfels factory-inspired Space 2015, where work islands and pop-up stores create a lively atmosphere. Meeting rooms and a café add to the convenience, while the unique design fosters creativity and collaboration.

Please respect the following house rules:
1. Communication: Contact us via our website chat (citizenspace.ch) or in person at the helpdesk.
2. Meeting Rooms / Workshop Areas:
• Clean cups/glasses in the dishwasher or by hand.
• Dispose of waste, flipchart paper, and post-its properly.
• Return chairs to the table.
• Do not write on or stick anything to the glass walls.
3. Kitchen and Cafeteria:
• Bring your own tea bags and coffee cream/milk.
• Clean up by using the dishwasher or washing by hand. Contact us via Slack if the dishwasher is full.
4. Disposal:
• Use designated containers for PET/glass/aluminum. Cardboard and styrofoam go to the depot (ask us for details).
5. Guests:
• Meetings with guests are free. If they work with you for a day or more, report it, and get a friendship ticket for 15 CHF (includes coffee).
6. Damages:
• Anyone who damages property must replace it or pay for the original cost.
Bookings can only be cancelled with a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the start time.
If the booking is cancelled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time-slot, no refund will be given.
