This collaborative workplace features 10 hot desks in an open-plan layout, perfect for leaders or teams in search of new ideas or a focus time. Ideally located with easy access by public transport or car, it provides a productive yet relaxed environment for getting work done. For those needing more privacy, there is a fully equipped office with two large desks, a comfortable sofa.
The space also includes a workshop area that can seat up to 30 people, ideal for team events or larger meetings. Additional amenities include access to an open space area, interactive meeting board, a relaxation zone, locked storage, and a co-creation space. A dedicated meeting room is available for private discussions, ensuring flexibility for various work needs.
The space is designed with comfort in mind, offering high-speed WiFi, a coffee machine, fridge, pool table to spark creativity and problem solving, microwave, and shower facilities. Green plants add a touch of nature, creating a calm atmosphere. On-site, you'll find a restaurant on the ground floor, with take-away options nearby. Underground parking is available. You can rent the space by the hour, day, week, or month based on availability.

- Stay Professional: Be considerate of others’ work time and avoid interrupting when someone is focused.
- Keep it Clean: Tidy up after using the coffee area, meeting rooms, or desks. Trash goes in bins provided.
- Be Kind: Treat fellow members and staff with respect and positivity to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate: Networking is encouraged, but be mindful of personal workspaces and privacy.
Cancellation policy
Bookings can only be cancelled with a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the start time.
If the booking is cancelled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time-slot, no refund will be given.
