Common Ground Ploenchit captures what modern professionals need in a workspace. The space features flexible office solutions such as Private Offices, Meeting Rooms, and Fixed and Hot Desks. The property also houses both food and retail concepts under one roof, making it an all-in-one solution to suit consumers’ needs.

Venue Access
● Please ensure you have your access cards/tags/app with you at all times should you intend to
enter the venue or Member’s Area.
● Please keep your access card/tags in good working condition – a penalty fee will apply for lost
or damaged access card/tag. Please refer to the General Add On Services List for the charges.
● Due to security reasons, access cards/tags are prohibited from being shared or transferred to
another party.
Meeting Rooms
● Fair usage policy – To be fair to all Members, bookings may be made in advance. However, a
no-show penalty will apply for individuals who misuse this feature.
● Cancellation policy – Notice of your booking cancellation must be received at least 4 hours
before the time of the meeting room. Any bookings that are not cancelled in a timely manner
will be charged accordingly.
● Complimentary Monthly Meeting Room hours are not allowed to be carried forward to the
following month. Meeting Room hours that exceed the complimentary monthly allocation,
will be charged on a Pay-Per-Use basis – refer to the General Add On Services List for more
information on Meeting Room rates.
● You may consume food & beverages inside the Meeting Room, but please ensure that the
meeting room is clean and organised upon leaving.
● Please allow a grace period of up to five (5) minutes for the Community Team to reset the
Meeting Room.
Printing
● Do not remove any paper from the printing machine tray.
● Please be considerate when using the printer. If you have a lot to print, allow other members
to use the printer momentarily.
● Do be mindful when printing for internal use – if it is not necessary, print in B&W. Kindly refer
to the General Add On Services List for more information on printing charges.
Pantry
● Please keep the pantry area clean and dry.
● Please be mindful of others if you are planning to store food in the fridge – food with
strong/pungent smells are specifically prohibited from being kept in the fridge. Please remove
these items before you leave the premises.
● To maintain the refrigerator hygiene, we will conduct a weekly Community Fridge Cleaning.
Please label the items you would like to keep, as we will discard perishable items that have
been left for a week.
● Food waste must not be left in the sink – please dispose of any waste in the recycling bins
before leaving any used dish/cups in the sink. When in doubt, please ask the Community
Officer at the front desk to help you.
● We strongly encourage the use of non-disposable cups, or to bring your own personal mugs.
Shared/Communal Spaces
● We do not tolerate any form of sexual insinuation, abusive, offensive, discriminatory or violent
behaviours toward Common Ground members and staff. Common Ground reserves the right
to take legal action against any offenses upon Management’s discretion.
● We do not allow disruptive behaviour such as talking loudly, nor sleeping on sofas or
displacement of the furniture.
● Strong-smelling foods (durian, etc.) and foods that stain (mangosteen, etc.) are prohibited
from being brought into Common Ground.
● Members are to care for their belongings at all time. Common Ground will not be responsible
for any lost or stolen property.
● Guests of members are always welcome, but they are your responsibility and must be
escorted at all times. Guests are welcome to hang out in the cafe area / The Grounds.

Bookings can only be cancelled with a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the start time.
If the booking is cancelled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time-slot, no refund will be given.
